How much does your service cost?

The service sells for $9.95 USD per month. I encourage you to use the 30 day free trial first to see if the website works for you, before committing to it.

Will my website data be made public?

Absolutely not! I value your privacy very seriously. The data you enter is for your eyes only. Nobody else has permission to access your data but you. Additionally, you are welcome to keep the source of your data anonymous, since the information is only meant to be viewed privately by you.

Can I maintain the data on own computer rather than on the website?

To view statistics on your subscribers and members, you need to enter or upload your membership data to the website. However you are welcome to take snapshots of the graphs provided, or export data back to your home computer at any time.

How can I ensure that the data on the website is secure and will never be lost?

While I will do my best to ensure that the data you submit is kept intact for your later usage, I strongly recommend you back up the data and store it on your own computer as well. Export tools are provided to you for this very purpose. MembershipStatistics.com is not responsible for any data that may be deleted or that becomes corrupt at a future date.

If I cancel my subscription and rejoin at a later date, will I still have access to my old data?

In most cases, the data will still be available for you at a later date. However MembershipStatistics.com is not responsible for any data for current or expired subscribers that may be inaccessible in the future for any reason. Please be responsible by using the export tools to back up any data to your home computer.

I have an idea for another statistic that you can provide. Is there a way to add it to the site?

Absolutely, please contact me and let me know your idea. If I'm convinced it's feasible, then I will add it to the feature list.
